Auto body repairer • Garland County, Arkansas

We are recruiting: we are hiring an auto body repairer in Garland County, Arkansas. You will be based at a commercial fleet workshop. On the job you will handle: • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line • Knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly • MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections What we are looking for: • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
