Dishwashing attendant • Kit Carson County, Colorado

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Kit Carson County, Colorado. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. The role involves: • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils You should have: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
