Join our team: we are hiring a pot washer in Harper County, Kansas. You will work in a hotel kitchen. Your main tasks: • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room You should have: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. $3,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
