Immediate opening: we are hiring a head butcher in Banks County, Georgia. You will be based in a hotel or restaurant butchery. Ideal candidate: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Day to day you will stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; season and marinate meat on request; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
