Now hiring: we are hiring a coating plant operator in McLean County, North Dakota. Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process On a typical shift you will mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage. Part-time with flexible hours. Pay around $5,300 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
