Vacancy available: we are hiring a butcher in Tallapoosa County, Alabama. You will work in a hotel or restaurant butchery. You should have: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Day-to-day duties: • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder Six days a week, one day off.
