Excavator operator • Pike County, Pennsylvania

Vacancy available: we are hiring an excavator operator in Pike County, Pennsylvania. You will work at a drainage and utilities contractor. On a typical shift you will work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter; dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds; lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains; carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels; strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse. What we are looking for: • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
