Requirements: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards The role involves: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
