Join our team: we are hiring a tile mason in Cattaraugus County, New York. What we are looking for: • Familiar with porcelain, ceramic, mosaic and natural stone • Knowledge of waterproofing and substrate preparation Day-to-day duties: • Lay floor and wall tiles to plumb and level using a spirit level • Match the tile pattern and coursing across the walls • Mix tile adhesive and cement mortar to the right consistency • Spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles • Make curved cuts and holes with an angle grinder and tile drill bits • Screed and prepare uneven floors before tiling At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
