Join our team: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in Sanborn County, South Dakota. You will work in lofts and crawl spaces. Day to day you will torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations; measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings; install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations; fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors. You should have: • Willing to travel between sites • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Able to read construction drawings and specifications Six days a week, one day off. $150 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
