Glass and glazing technician wanted in Surrey

Immediate opening: we are hiring a glass and glazing technician in Surrey, England. Day to day you will glaze shopfronts, curtain walls and glass partitions; read drawings and setting-out details for glazing layouts; measure window and door openings and order glass to size; replace cracked or broken window panes; cut glass to size using a glass cutter and running pliers; handle large panes using suction cups and a lifting frame. You should have: • Own basic hand tools an advantage • Proven experience as a glazier or glass fitter 6+ years on the tools preferred. £90 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
