Day to day you will operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses; run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely; clear scrap and offcuts from the die area; top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways; record output and downtime on the production sheet; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges.
