Factory worker — Marshall County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a factory worker in Marshall County, Indiana. You will work at a busy manufacturing plant. On the job you will handle: • Read and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) • Operate and feed production machines on the line • Assemble components according to the work order • Stack finished cartons onto pallets and shrink-wrap them • Change over tooling and settings between product runs • Report machine faults and stoppages to the line supervisor Requirements: • Able to work as part of a team on a busy line • Comfortable with repetitive, fast-paced work • Basic reading skills to follow SOPs and labels 6+ years on the tools preferred.
