Cnc turning machinist — Tuscarawas County

Now hiring: we are hiring a cnc turning machinist in Tuscarawas County, Ohio. The job is in a precision engineering workshop. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls Day to day you will top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed; set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54); adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish; watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes; change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear; load and index turning tools in the turret.
