Urgent requirement: we are hiring a groundworker in Orkney Islands, Scotland. You will be based with a civil contractor. You should have: • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage On a typical shift you will set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction; break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker; erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up; wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean.
