Powder coating sprayer • Nsit Ubium, Akwa Ibom State

Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Nsit Ubium, Akwa Ibom State. You will be based at a fabrication and coating plant. The role involves: • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations Requirements: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
