The role involves prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks; install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations; apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling; install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape. Requirements: • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges Full-time with occasional weekends.
