What we are looking for: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel Day-to-day duties: • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Clear and reset tables between covers • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
