Immediate opening: we are hiring a dent repair specialist in Benton County, Minnesota. Requirements: • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) The role involves: • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour • Straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains • Strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair • Check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull • Knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. $25 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
