Dish pit attendant • Ifelodun, Osun State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Ifelodun, Osun State. Day to day you will top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar. Requirements: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
