Cake decorator wanted in Isi-Uzo

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cake decorator in Isi-Uzo, Enugu State. The job is at a busy bakery. Requirements: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Day-to-day duties: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Score the top of loaves before baking Part-time with flexible hours.
