Great opportunity: we are hiring a banquet server in Yates County, New York. You will be based at a busy restaurant. What we are looking for: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages On a typical shift you will pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; clear and reset tables between covers; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); check back during the meal and handle special requests. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
