Immediate opening: we are hiring a HGV driver in Daviess County, Missouri. What we are looking for: • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules • Valid digital tachograph card Day-to-day duties: • Log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards • Carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off • Report defects and book the unit in for servicing • Keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load • Plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules • Secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. We offer $3,900 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
