Lift erector wanted in Benton County

Now hiring: we are hiring a lift erector in Benton County, Minnesota. You will work in a residential tower block. Day-to-day duties: • Set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches Requirements: • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics • Valid driving licence for site call-outs 1+ years on the tools preferred.
