Toolroom milling operator wanted in Geauga County

Join our team: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Geauga County, Ohio. You will be based at a fabrication and machining plant. Requirements: • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery Day to day you will apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines; machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing; select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters. Full-time, day shift. $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
