Tiling assistant wanted in Metropolitan Borough of Wirral

Join our team: we are hiring a tiling assistant in Metropolitan Borough of Wirral, England. You will work on a new-build housing development. What we are looking for: • Able to read setting-out drawings and tile layouts • Able to work to deadlines on busy sites Day to day you will check the falls to floor wastes so the water drains away; match the tile pattern and coursing across the walls; cut ceramic and porcelain tiles on a manual tile cutter; make curved cuts and holes with an angle grinder and tile drill bits; set out mosaic sheets and trim them to fit the edges. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. £120 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
