Powder coating line operator wanted in Fairfield County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Fairfield County, South Carolina. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Day-to-day duties: • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches Pay around $4,000 per month, based on your experience. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
