Toolroom milling operator wanted in Denbighshire

We are recruiting: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Denbighshire, Wales. Requirements: • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron Your main tasks: • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors Pay around £2,200 per month, based on your experience.
