Requirements: • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules The role involves lap and splice bars to the specified lap length; cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder; fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings; read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. We offer $2,900 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
