On a typical shift you will read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile; cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame; rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router; install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter; fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents; wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile. Requirements: • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads Full-time with occasional weekends.
