Powder coating sprayer wanted in Kent County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Kent County, Rhode Island. The job is at an automotive components factory. Day-to-day duties: • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches Ideal candidate: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens 4+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $5,000 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
