Now hiring: dumper truck operator (Bauchi State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dumper truck operator in Tafawa-Balewa, Bauchi State. You will work in an open-cast mine. Day-to-day duties: • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines • Stockpile and spread material to the required levels • Backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations • Operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals Ideal candidate: • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
