Sample machinist wanted in Ikpoba-Okha

Vacancy available: we are hiring a sample machinist in Ikpoba-Okha, Edo. The job is in a sampling and tailoring workshop. You will clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go; operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges; change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation; inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes. What we are looking for: • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. We offer ₦240,000 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
