Vacancy available: we are hiring a metal caster in Dandume, Katsina State. You will work on the moulding line. You should have: • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection The role involves inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects; tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle; shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale; make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities; check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. ₦700 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
