Track-type tractor operator wanted in Clayton County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a track-type tractor operator in Clayton County, Iowa. Day-to-day duties: • Carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil • Rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank • Form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle • Clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin • Backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid • Push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving Requirements: • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
