Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards You will follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs.
