Scullery hand — Maiyama

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a scullery hand in Maiyama, Kebbi State. The job is in a hospital canteen. Requirements: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts On the job you will handle: • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading Meals and transport allowance provided.
