What we are looking for: • Confident with standard crane hand signals • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites The role involves fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads; direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio; take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings; carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle; inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use; secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists.
