Chiller technician • Boone County, Indiana

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a chiller technician in Boone County, Indiana. You will work at a food processing plant. On a typical shift you will clean condenser and evaporator coils; trace leaks with an electronic detector and soap solution; charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight; pull a vacuum on the system and check for trapped moisture; check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge; replace compressors, filter driers and expansion valves. Ideal candidate: • Able to braze copper and silver-solder joints • Comfortable handling refrigerant gases and gauge manifolds We offer $21 per hour plus benefits.
