Commis chef wanted in Vigo County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a commis chef in Vigo County, Indiana. On the job you will handle: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces Ideal candidate: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
