Halal butcher wanted in Tazewell County

Now hiring: we are hiring a halal butcher in Tazewell County, Virginia. You will be based at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. On a typical shift you will stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts. You should have: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
