Now hiring: we are hiring a stone mason in Delaware County, Iowa. Day to day you will measure up and template countertops and floor areas before cutting; seal natural stone against staining with impregnating sealers; cut marble and granite slabs on a bridge saw with diamond blades; fill cracks, chips and open veins with colour-matched epoxy resin; level and align slabs so joints stay tight and surfaces sit flat; fix marble cladding to building facades with anchors and clamps. You should have: • Steady hand for edge profiling and a fine polished finish • Knowledge of epoxy resin filling and colour matching • Good eye for joints, levels and overall finish At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
