Excavator operator wanted in Levy County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an excavator operator in Levy County, Florida. You will be based at a road-building project. Ideal candidate: • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence The role involves: • Keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines • Excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals • Load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely • Load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket • Carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
