We are recruiting: we are hiring a shakeout operator in Cameron Parish, Louisiana. You will work in a non-ferrous casting shop. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts Day to day you will apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity; melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces; pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles; tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Pay around $4,100 per month, based on your experience. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
