Machine setter-operator • Wabaunsee County, Kansas

Vacancy available: we are hiring a machine setter-operator in Wabaunsee County, Kansas. You will be based on a production line. Day-to-day duties: • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature • Follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine • Record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges Requirements: • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges $26 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
