Immediate opening: we are hiring a glass fitter in Crane County, Texas. You should have: • Able to cut glass accurately to size • Comfortable working at height with scaffolding and ladders • Good eye for measurement and a steady hand You will replace cracked or broken window panes; glaze shopfronts, curtain walls and glass partitions; handle large panes using suction cups and a lifting frame; measure window and door openings and order glass to size; seal joints with a silicone gun and tool off a neat bead; fit double-glazed sealed units into frames. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
