What we are looking for: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking On the job you will handle: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
