Great opportunity: cook (Kansas)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cook in Stafford County, Kansas. You will work in a hotel kitchen. Day to day you will keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO. You should have: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts.
