Great opportunity: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Alameda County, California. You will work at a kitchen and furniture manufacturer. You should have: • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work • CSCS card for site-based work an advantage Day to day you will finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain; plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish; check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level; apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board; assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops.
