Join our team: we are hiring a shuttering fixer in Maverick County, Texas. You will work at an infrastructure construction site. Your main tasks: • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss • Check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints You should have: • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
